2. Enter your member number (account number), then press the # key.

3. Enter your PIN (which is the last four-digits of the primary account holder's SSN) and press the # key. (If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. You must contact BTCU directy at 763.315.3888 for reactivation.)
