Beginning May 15, 2012, you will have access to new and improved financial services thanks to a system upgrade! Read the full announcement.
Our improvements include:
> Telephone Banking – “CU Talk” has great new capabilities, available 24/7, from anywhere you are.
> Online Banking – “It’s Me 247” is our new online banking system. With new features and security enhancements, you can personalize your experience, open new accounts and much more.
> Mobile & Text Banking – A more robust system will give you faster and easier access to your information.
> Statements – A new design will improve the layout and readability of statements, making it easier for you to identify transactions and other important account information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW
Our upgrade will require the following service interruptions. Please make sure to take care of all your banking needs before or after these dates:
> Friday, May 11 at 5 p.m. through Monday, May 14 – Telephone Banking, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile and Text Banking will not be available.
> Monday, May 14 – Our offices will be closed to complete the upgrade.
> Tuesday, May 15 – New services begin at 9 a.m.
FOR DEBIT CARD HOLDERS:
There are no changes to your Debit Card. Your card will continue to work during our upgrade.

Online Banking is now called "It's Me 247."
On Tuesday, May 15, your current login information will not work.
To login to our new system, please enter your MEMBER NUMBER as your Username and the LAST FOUR-DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as your Password to login. You will then be prompted to establish a new password and set up new challenge questions.
If you are also a BILL PAY USER, simply click on the Bill Pay link on the "It's Me 247" tollbar and you will be directed to our Bill Pay site. This has not changed. Your accounts, payees and history will still be available.
FOR ONLINE BANKING USERS WHO HAVE SCHEDULED TRANSFERS TO TAKE PLACE ON OR AFTER MAY 12: Your transfers will not be completed in online banking. This includes scheduled transfers between your accounts or from your account to a loan.
To reestablish your transfers, simply login to our new system following the instructions above. Select “My Accounts” then “Transfer Money” and follow the steps. It’s that easy.
FOR QUICKEN USERS: If you use Quicken personal financial management software to download your transactions from Online Banking, there are some important steps you’ll want to follow before and after our conversion.
Because Online Banking will not be available between 5 p.m. on Friday, May 11 and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, you may want to download your latest transactions into Quicken prior to 5 p.m. on May 11.
Then, after 9 a.m. on May 15, you’ll need to change some settings in Quicken so that you can download transactions from our new system. Full instructions are available now below.

On Tuesday, May 15, your current login information will not work. Please follow the steps above to login to "It's Me 247."
Once you have established your new login information, you can access Mobile Banking immediately from your mobile phone by simply going to www.buildingtradesCU.com and selecting Online Banking & Bill Pay from the drop-down menu under Access Your Accounts. You will then be directed to our new Mobile Banking site.
If you use Text Banking to access your balances, you will need to re-register your mobile phone. Simply select the Go Mobile button in the "It's Me 247" toolbar and follow the instructions.
FOR BUSINESS BILL PAY USERS:
Access to this service has not changed and will continue to be available during our upgrade.

Telephone Banking is now called "CU*Talk."
On Tuesday, May 15, using your touch-tone phone call 1.855.672.7087.
To access the new system, enter your MEMBER NUMBER, then press the # key.
Enter the LAST FOUR-DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as your PIN, then press the # key.
You will then be prompted to change your PIN.
Menu options have changed so please listen to all options before making your selection. To access your Savings - your suffix is now 000. Your Checking suffix is now 100.
