> Economical services: We offer Organizational Checking Accounts, available only to the unions we serve, which have a low $500 minimum balance and no monthly fee.
> Personal service:  You know you’ll always get friendly, personal service at our four branches. But now you have your own representative at the Credit Union. One phone call to 763-255-2616, or an e-mail, to Bill Daehn will take care of all your banking needs. His #1 priority is taking care of our unions.
> Support during strikes:  Early withdrawal penalties on share certificates are waived during a union-sanctioned strike.
> Apprentice information programs: We’ll travel to your Apprentice Training Centers to introduce the benefits of credit union membership to your apprentices. We also speak to other groups of union members and retirees. (And we always bring free T-shirts!).
> Free Online Banking and Online Business Bill Pay services:  Manage your accounts online. You can also process direct deposits of employee payrolls.
> Vacation Savings Plans: We service union Vacation Savings Plan programs at no cost to the unions or their members.
> Your funds are safe with MBTFCU—Guaranteed!  Deposits are automatically insured up to $350,000. Upon request, we can provide a Letter of Credit to guarantee union deposits up to the full amount on deposit.
> Courier service is available:  If you make regular deposits, we’ll pick up your deposits and deliver them to the Credit Union…free. Our courier service is bonded and uses only union drivers.
> Credit card acceptance: We can set you up to accept debit/credit cards so your members can pay union dues with a card. Economical rates and great service are assured.
> Special interest rates for unions: We offer special share certificate rates to unions. When you support us, we support you!
> Financing available to meet union needs:  We can finance the purchase or construction of your Union Hall or Training Center. When you’re ready for a new facility, MBTFCU will be there to help.
> Publicity for union events:  Do you need to get the word out about a special event? We’ll gladly put a notice in our next quarterly newsletter that reaches 15,000 union members and their families.
> We support union events: Are you hosting an event such as a golf tournament? Let us know. We regularly provide support to union events.
