> We’re a credit union exclusively for you and your family. We only serve members of the Building and Construction Trades and their families. So the funds deposited with us are lent back to union members and their families.
> We service Vacation Savings Plans…with no fees. We offer easy access to Vacation Savings Plans. No cost withdrawals can be made at our branches, by debit card, at an ATM, or call us and we’ll send you a check…free! Our savings accounts have no minimum balance requirements when you maintain your Vacation Savings Plan with us. 
> We offer economical accounts. We offer savings accounts with just a $300 minimum balance requirement (after one year). If a $300 balance is maintained, you earn interest and there are no fees! Free checking accounts are available, including a debit card and free ATM usage (we refund the surcharges you may pay—up to six per month). Also try our Free Online Banking and Online Bill Pay services. 
> We understand the special needs of workers in the Building & Construction Trades. Early withdrawal penalties on share certificates are waived for union members when they are on lay-off or during a union-sanctioned strike. We’ll work with you to restructure loan payments if you are unemployed due to a lay-off, injury, or strike.  
> We provide scholarships. We grant ten $1000 scholarships each year to members who are pursuing a post-secondary education (college, vocational/technical school, trade school, etc.). All you need to do is apply. Winners are chosen at random.
